This is for our final year. He was at an age where heavy tutor involvement was resented by him and looked REALLY weird to the peer. Our tutors knew our program (past and present) very well. We had them write the good things they saw so that we could reward him later and as a reminder to us that he is not all “bad things”. The bad things were noted and the next tutor would flip through this and see what the bad things were and talk about it with him through various means- role playing, writing, reading, and our discriminative training programs
