Dear Schoolmate and friend,

 

Thanks to everyone that have responded immediately to our first call and offered their help and assistance (donations etc) in order to finish the ESOBGA clubhouse ASAP. Further to the previous email and the promise that we will keep you posted on the progress achieved, here below you will find some more recent pictures of the building showing how it’s progressing.  It is turning out to be a beautiful place and it is our belief that it will develop into a warm, social meeting point filled with the energy of ES graduates.  Feel free at any time to pass by and see the real thing.

Furthermore we take this opportunity to thank the following people that provided their services or equipment for the new club:

1. Marios Shacolas (ES 76) (offered the freezer & refrigerator, a/c units and toilet/shower accessories)

2. Marios Hadjiyiannis (ES 78) (offered the electrical wiring of the building)

3. Agathoclis Agathocleous (offered the floor of the main hall of the building)

4. Yiannos Kannas (ES 76) (offered the marble walls & benches of the bar, the veranda and w.c. tiles)

5. George Mahlouzarides (ES 76) (Made the first architectural designs of the initial building)

6. Christos Koupparis  (ES 77) Did the quantity survey of the initial building)

 

A number of other graduates offered other items of a lesser value (but nonetheless highly appreciated) and will be announced in the future.

 

Also a number of graduates will grant ESOBGA club a loan (interest free) of 5,000 euro each in order to make the immediate completion of the project feasible. Anyone interested in lending such an amount (to be returned within the next 3 years at max.) And of course let us not forget Diomides Christodoulou who, with his initial donation initiated the whole project.
