Annual Barbecue event with plenty of food and entertainment on offer. ESOBGA is participating by preparing kebabs. Do join the committee for cooking or just turn up to support the school.

• Registration at the Club-house between 10:15 and 10:45 am

• Entry Fee: £2.00 per person or £10.00 per car (no more than 5 persons in each car). 

• First car leaves to commence the Hunt at 10.45 a.m.

• As of 13:00 pm there will be barbeque at the club-house.  All friends are welcome.

• At 14:00 pm Mr. D. Papadopoulos of EKO Hellenic Petroleum will award the prizes to the winners, together with a bottle of champagne for the first prize.

ESOBGA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Venue:   At the ESOBGA Clubhouse
The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:

1.   Report by the Chairperson on ESOBGA's activities for the period since the last AGM.

2.   Approval of Minutes of the previous AGM held on 27 October 2006 (enclosed).

3.   Presentation and approval of the Audited Financial Statements for the years ended 31/1272005 and 31/12/2006 (Summary attached - Full sets are available from any Committee Member).

4.   Discussion on items placed on the Agenda by Members.

5.   Motions by members for matters to be dealt with by the Committee.

6.   Appointment of Auditors

7.   Election of new Committee.

The ESOBGA Football and Basketball teams will compete against the corresponding School teams.
ESOBGA members interested in participating in these teams should contact Christakis loannou on 99448957 for football and Phanos Karmiotis on 99670940 for basketball. Do come and support both the School and ESOBGA.

CANON NEWHAM MEMORIAL LECTURE

Venue:   At the Bank of Cyprus Head office. Lecture Hall in Ay Paraskevi. Nicosia.
 The guest speaker will be Mr. Marcos Kyprianou, the European Commissioner responsible for Health and Consumer Protection who will present the subject: "Europe close to its citizens: How citizens benefit from European policies in the field of health and food safety". The event is kindly sponsored by the Bank of Cyprus.
