 NOTICE FOR 2004 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member,

Notice is hereby given that the ESOBGA Annual General Meeting will be held:

AT: THE CLUBHOUSE

ON: WEDNESDAY 8 DECEMBER AT 7pm

AGENDA

1.            Approval of Minutes of ESOBGA Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 30 November 2003.

2.            Report by the chairman on ESOBGA’s activities for period November 2003-October 2004

3.            Presentation of un-audited financial statements for the year ended November2003-31 October 2004.

4.            Any other business, which may be dealt with at an Annual General Meeting.

5.            Appointment of Auditors.

6.            Election of New Committee.

Interested parties wishing to join the Committee should be nominated be an ESOBGA member and they should express their interest in writing. The application should reach any one of the current committee members by Monday 6 December 2004. (See contact numbers in the Circular)

The meeting will be followed by a social get together.
