Dear Member,

During last year’s AGM on the 30th November 2005, Haris Hadjiyeros, Andreas Patsios, Yiannos Ioannou, Elias Vorkas, Anita Ormiston , Kika Rodger, Yiannakis Christou and Charalambos Iosephides were elected on to the committee. The member present, Petros Pantelides, expressed interest in joining the committee and this was supported by the others present.

Please note that the AGM on the 23.11.05 had to be rescheduled for the 30th due insufficient number of members attending.

 Club-House:

The Club-house opens every Wednesday and Friday evenings and is also available to members for private functions and class reunions. You may contact the new canteen managers for clubhouse availability: Chris at 99439368 or Mrs.Nitsa at 99408474. Food is highly recommended and a take away service is also available.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS

English School-ESPA Quiz:  

Friday 3rd February at 7pm at the School Hall.

A fun evening with students, teachers, old boys and girls and parents competing each other’s team. ESOBGA will be represented by Andreas Iacovides, Simos Papadopoulos, Paris and Marinos Menelaou. 

Curry Night:   

Friday  10th February at 8.30pm

At the ESOBGA Clubhouse

Book early with Anita Ormiston on 99347702 for this popular event.

Salakian Trophy: 

Hockey ESOBGA vs ES - second leg

Saturday 18th February at 2.30pm.

Refreshments at the clubhouse after the match.

Mr.Salakian’s daughters will be attending.

Belotte Competition:   

Wednesday 22nd February at 8.30pm

At the ESOBGA Club-house

Music Night:  

Friday 24th March at 8.30pm

At the ESOBGA Clubhouse

Successful events in December were the Quiz with ES students joining us for some brain teasing and the Christmas Dinner with good food, drink music and company.
