Me merr ne enderr (in Engish: Take me in your dreams) is the Albanian entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2009.
The song was composed by Edmond Zhulali and Agim Doci.
They are the composers of Albania's first succesfull entry to Eurovision , "The Image of You"
by Anjeza Shahini,Reaching 7th place at the finals in ESC 2004.
The singer is the Albanian singer Kejsi Tola.Kejsi first came to prominance in Albania through winning the ETHET singing talent show last year, known internationally as 'Albanian Idol'.
The song was the winner of the local Festivali 'I Kenges' , the festival Albania use to choose the Eurovision entry. 20 songs were presented in the national final and a jury picked the winner.
It is intresting to note that Albania was the first country selected their artist for Eurovision and publically present their song. The song was chosen as the winner of the festival on 21st December 2008, that means: the section done
five months before Eurovision!!!
